2026-2027 Transportation Registration & School Registration

As we prepare for another fantastic year at Wabash City Schools, we want to share some important updates regarding school registration and bus transportation.

To ensure all of our students are routed safely and efficiently, we have again separated transportation registration from our general school registration. This change gives our transportation team more time to finalize routes and ensure every student has a safe ride on day one.

Here is what you need to know about both registration processes:

1. Transportation Registration (June 17 – July 17)

If your student will need school bus transportation for the 2026/2027 school year, you must complete a separate Transportation Registration Form.

• What to expect: On June 17th, look for an email containing the link to the form. The email will come from: noreply@transfinder.com

• Action required: A separate form must be completed for each individual student who requires a bus seat.

• Why speed matters: Seats fill up quickly! Once a bus reaches capacity, students will be placed on a waiting list. We strongly encourage families to register as early as possible so we can accommodate everyone.

• Missing email? If you do not see the email in your inbox on June 17th, please check your spam folder. If it isn't there, it likely means we do not have your updated email address on file. Please reach out to Melisa Callahan at callahanm@apaches.k12.in.us to update your information.

Note: Families will receive a follow-up email closer to the start of the school year with their student’s specific bus number and stop information.

2. Full School Registration (July 19 – July 26)

As a reminder, full school registration must be completed annually for every single student attending Wabash City Schools.

Annual registration will take place online through Skyward from July 19 through July 26. To help you navigate this process smoothly, we have created a step-by-step guide.
