Facility Rental
Wabash City Schools welcomes community organizations and local partners to utilize our educational, athletic, and cultural facilities outside of regular school hours.
Wabash City Schools is proud to serve as a hub for community life, offering public access to our gymnasiums, athletic fields, auditoriums, and meeting spaces for religious, educational, recreational, and civic activities. Facilities are available to community organizations, local businesses (for non-commercial purposes), and municipal agencies that support the general welfare of our community. To maintain a safe and orderly environment for our students, all events must be supervised by a competent adult, adhere to district safety policies, and demonstrate compliance with property care guidelines.
Reserving a space is a straightforward process managed through our central office. To allow adequate time for custodial scheduling and necessary board approvals, applicants are asked to submit an official Facility Use Agreement at least 30 days prior to the event date. Reservations require proof of liability insurance ($1,000,000 or greater) and advance payment of all applicable rental and staffing fees. Requests are prioritized according to district guidelines, with school activities taking precedence.
